Value added tax
The business is not registered for VAT pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 1 of the Croatian VAT Act. VAT is not charged. All prices shown on the site are final product prices; the delivery cost is shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Invoices and fiscalisation
All invoices are fiscalised, regardless of the payment method. We issue and fiscalise the invoices ourselves. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address given in the order. Details: Payment and invoices.
Written consumer complaint
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer may express dissatisfaction with a purchased product or service by a written complaint:

We reply in writing within 15 days of receipt at the latest. Every complaint is recorded under a serial number and kept for one year. The procedure is also described on the Complaints page.
Resolution of disputes
We try to settle disputes directly, by agreement. If a dispute is not settled:
- the consumer may turn to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts or the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts as bodies for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes,
- for disputes not settled amicably, the competent court in Varaždin, Croatia, has jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
All content published on playfulprints.eu — texts, photographs, graphics, logos, 3D models and other material — is the property of dD Tech or its partners and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Copying, distribution or reproduction of any part of the content without prior written permission is not allowed.
Photographs uploaded by the customer remain the property of the customer. We use them solely to make the ordered product; we do not publish them, do not pass them to third parties and do not use them in promotion without the customer's explicit consent.
Liability for site content
We make a reasonable effort to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we accept no liability for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the way content is shown. Product views in the configurator are an illustration of the appearance, not a photograph of the individual item — see the chapter on deviations in the Terms of sale.
